Return & Exchange Policy 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • You will be informed about the return shipping process

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back unless stated otherwise
  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

For size or preference changes:

  • Please return the item first
  • Then place a new order separately

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
